Lost and found
Items left behind on our ships and terminals are stored at the Visby harbor terminal for three months.
ID documents are sent to the Police, and payment/bank cards are destroyed after two weeks and returned to the issuing bank. Items can be collected from the Visby harbor terminal with valid ID or sent by cash on delivery (up to 2 kg).

Managing refunds
