Lost and found

Items left behind on our ships and terminals are stored at the Visby harbor terminal for three months.

ID documents are sent to the Police, and payment/bank cards are destroyed after two weeks and returned to the issuing bank. Items can be collected from the Visby harbor terminal with valid ID or sent by cash on delivery (up to 2 kg).

Refunds of ferry tickets

For refund of a ferry ticket, turn to the ferry terminal or contact our Economy Department via mail or email. Please note that we need your name, booking number, account number and the name of the bank to accomplish the refund.
